KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Undertake scaffolding duties; directing and supervising all scaffolding teams throughout the field, workboats, barges etc.
• Oversees the major overhaul of all additional scaffolding during planned shutdowns.
• Maintains close and continuous liaison with other Discipline Sections on the Complex to coordinate schedule, and implement/execute maintenance scaffolding project.
• Originate Materials Requisitions and purchase request for consumables. Provide technical advice to both the purchasing and materials section. When necessary conducts detailed spares holding reviews.
• Complies with Company’s safety rules and regulations with regards to work permit system. Actively promotes HSE policies and ensure that all labour (company and contacted) being under his control abides by the company’s HSE regulations. Conduct Safety Group meetings with the HSE engineers and Section Leader.
• Takes initiative role in maintain good waste management, and promote its campaign within the companies HSED.
• Participate in First Aid Team and take active role in training performance of Emergency Team exercises. Participate in the preparation of different task, Risk assessments and plays a major role in all activities.
• Ensures adherence to the Company’s maintenance policy, standards and the code of practices are fully met.
• Performs other similar or related duties as assigned by the section leader such as assisting section Leader in identifying the planning requirements, assisting in the preparation of detailed work scopes and planning for the implementation of major maintenance activities on both static plant and rotating equipment.
