Job title: Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator with 4 to 5 years of experience to join the Logistics Team, based in Dubai and reporting Functionally to the Logistics Manager and Operationally to the Global Retail Design Director. The successful candidate will be agile, adaptable, and comfortable with a rapidly evolving scope of work. This role requires daily interactions with manufacturers, subsidiaries and logistics teams in France, UAE, USA, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage ETA, tracking numbers.
• Check packaging at factory before shipping to insure the conformity of packing and labelling.
• Confirm shipments, coordinate with Freight forwarder courier team, logistic, suppliers and all stakeholders.
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping documents and inventory logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistic processes.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with the France Team regarding invoicing flow.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for the Ecom activity and track shipments.

• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to interact with suppliers, vendors and team members.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Desired Background and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the Perfume industry.
• Experience with SAP.
• Fluency in English, French is a plus
