About the Role:


As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve its ambitious goals. Think of yourself as the CEO’s right hand—anticipating needs, staying two steps ahead, and creating a sense of calm in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Your role will be critical in ensuring the CEO has the focus and bandwidth to lead the company while driving efficiency in every aspect of their day-to-day responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:


  • Be the CEO’s Anchor: Manage their calendar, appointments, and travel with precision to ensure every minute counts.
  • Anticipate Needs: Stay ahead of the game by proactively identifying what’s needed—whether it’s preparing for a meeting, organizing documents, or tackling a problem before it arises.
  • Keep Things Moving: Handle personal errands, manage tasks, and keep priorities aligned so the CEO can focus on leading the company.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Act as the CEO’s liaison, ensuring seamless communication across the team and with external partners.
  • Organize and Optimize: Plan events, meetings, and corporate functions, ensuring every detail is covered and nothing is overlooked.
  • Stay Agile: In our fast-moving environment, flexibility is key. Be ready to adapt to shifting priorities and new challenges.
