Office Manager (French Speaker)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager with fluency in French to join a team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing office operations while providing critical administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and cost efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords to maintain office facilities.
- Coordinate office maintenance and resolve any infrastructure issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail).
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Team Coordination
- Support onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup and orientation.
- Organize and manage company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters.
