Reporting to the HR Manager and People Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team and learn about major HR topics.
The
MAIN DUTIES include:
TRAINING SUPPORT
- Accompany the People Development team in the training plan management
- Manage the logistics for training (rooms and catering booking)
- Manage the SAVE THE DATE and Feedback survey
- Aliment and follow-up training reports
COMMUNICATION – EVENTS
- Handle logistics for different kinds of HR events/actions
- Support the team in Communication posting on different channels
HR SUPPORT
- Support the HRBP in the logistics concerning new joiners coming from abroad (hotel and flight booking)
- Oversee invoicing with COUPA for HR and Security expenses
- Support the team in various diverse projects and missions
RECRUITMENT
- Filtering CVs of applicants via the internal platform
- Initial phone screening of potential candidates
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to schedule interviews
PROFILE
We are looking for a candidate who is well organized, detail-oriented, has a good communication skill, and has a strong sense of service and people orientation.
English and Excel are must.
