What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming showroom experience.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Actively follow up on sales leads and achieve sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately and manage warranties or product concerns.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Set up promotions, seasonal displays, and participate in marketing events.

What You'll Need

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of retail sales and car care products is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Performance Indicators: Customer satisfaction, achieving revenue targets, and sales conversion rates.
