We are seeking a highly-organized and results-driven individual to join our team as an Events Executive. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events that align with the company's marketing objectives and brand image. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional experiences for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate would be an individual with an innate ability to emphasize and deliver on events coordination and supporting the Director of Marketing with events execution, team collaboration, and quality assurance within an agency Marcoms environment.
What will be your responsibilities?
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Support in the execution of event strategies in alignment with marketing goals and business objectives.
- Working closely with the Director of Marketing to plan and organize the logistics of events, including vendor management in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all events.
Execution:
- Coordinate on-site event activities, including setup, registration, guest management, and tear-down.
- Ensure events run smoothly, addressing and resolving any issues that arise in real time.
- Support the Director of Marketing to ensure the AV, lighting, and other technical aspects of events have a high-quality experience.
Communication and Promotion:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for events, including email marketing, social media, and print materials.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
Reporting:
- Support to monitor and track expenses, providing post-event reports and analytics to measure success and identify improvement areas.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the event experience.
- Continuously seek new ideas and opportunities to elevate the company’s event offerings.
What are we on the lookout for?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event management, preferably within a marketing team or agency.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in event management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
