The role is an IMS Consultant/Trainer, where you are expected to technically support NBIZ’s products and services in the field of Management Systems and help the company grow in different sectors.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute IMS consultancy projects and other management systems wherever required.
- Perform ISO Consultation, Documentation, OSHAD consultations, Audits, Implementation & Trainings, which include but are not limited to:
- Designing policies, procedures, and form templates as per the client’s requirements.
- Documenting and providing implementation support and guidance as per the project scope.
- Facilitating internal audits, awareness training, and lead auditor training for clients as per project scope.
- Preparing clients to face external audits and appraising them about ongoing processes related to certification.
- Closely liaising with the sales team to update them on milestones and payment collections.
- Perform OSHAD Consultation, Documentation, OSHAD Audits, IMS & HSE awareness training. Also, develop capabilities and execute new management systems introduced in the market.
- Prepare technical proposals to support sales teams by providing correct technical details of consulting or training services.
- Attend pre-sales meetings with Sales/Business Development Executives to support sales teams in closing orders and explaining details to clients.
- Perform audits (internal or external) for clients as required.
- Help create and maintain documents required to uphold NBIZ’s accreditation procedures related to Management Systems.
- Deliver IMS awareness training, First Aid, Health and Safety, and other related training in the IMS and Management Systems fields to clients from different industries.
- Prepare or modify training content as necessary.
- Familiarize yourself with the products and services of NBIZ Infosol, detailed on the company website (www.nbizinfosol.com).
- Maintain a high standard of personal reputation and represent NBIZ professionally at all times.
- Liaise with other Sales Team members to promote sales opportunities, exchange information, and enhance professionalism.
- Maintain regular contact with Key Clients to substitute in the absence of any employee in the company.
- Communicate clearly with business users, ensuring all verbal and written communication is precise, official, and in good English.
