Job Description:  

• Supervise and manage the payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and maintaining employee payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare and file monthly VAT returns, manage VAT payable/ receivable across the tax group and reconcile records between Almarina Holding and subsidiaries to ensure compliance and smooth process operations.
• Stay up to date with payroll and VAT laws and regulations, responding to employee queries, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and assisting with payroll audits.
• Detect and evaluate VAT risks, providing support to subsidiaries for VAT- related queries and ensuring accurate financial accounting entries are made

Qualifications:

• Open to any nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA certification preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with a focus on payroll, VAT, and corporate tax.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, VAT laws, and corporate tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
