Responsibilities:
1. Preparing, financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements specific to real estate transactions and holdings and income statements to provide a clear picture of the company's financial status.
2. Creating and managing tax invoices for various transactions to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
3. Tracking and ensuring timely receipt of commission payments from developers.
4. Calculating and preparing commission statements for sales agents based on their performance and sales.
5. Managing and paying utility bills such as DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority), telephone bills, and other vendor payments.
6. Performing bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
7. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and preparing for audits.
8. Monitoring and recording all expenses to maintain accurate financial records.
9. Staying updated on real estate regulations and ensuring all financial practices adhere to legal standards.
