Job Description

Supervise and coordinate day to day activities of facilitators engaged in receiving; transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping and maintaining stock records in warehouse to meet demands
Plan, organize, implement and evaluate the Warehouse operations and supervise the distribution Centre activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Develop and maintain performance metrics, working schedules, duties and evaluations for Warehouse team members
adhering to standard safety and quality operational policies and procedures
Supervise and coordinate data entry of inventory receipts and moves and maintain the computerized inventory control system
Conduct daily cycle counts of stocked items to maintain storage space for incoming inventory; production stock and offsite inventory adhering to storage design principles
Maintain high customer service standards for both internal and external customers.
