Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Co Ordinator – Temporary Role


Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for consolidating sales forecasts and reports, managing disputes with platforms like Amazon and Noon, ensuring price fixing for purchase orders, updating stock reports, and coordinating deliveries. The candidate will play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency and ensuring smooth sales processes.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Forecast and Sales Report Consolidation:

Collaborate with the sales and planning teams to generate accurate sales forecasts and consolidate sales reports from customers

Prepare regular updates on Sell in vs Plan for the commercial team


2. Amazon and Noon Dispute Management and Credit Note Raising:

Handle and resolve disputes with Amazon, Noon, and other platforms, ensuring all claims are addressed promptly.

Track and follow up on open disputes to ensure timely resolutions and appropriate financial adjustments.

Raise monthly credit notes for claims related to promotions of customers.


3. Price Fixing for Each Purchase Order (PO):

Ensure accurate pricing is applied to each PO, including any special costs etc

Coordinate with the trade marketing team for approvals and pricing team to update the pricing in system.

Monitor price changes and ensure that all updates are implemented in a timely manner.


4. Stock Reports and Inbound Updates:

Maintain accurate stock reports, ensuring real-time visibility of inventory levels.

Track inbound shipments and update on inbounds to be shared to commercial team.

Communicate with the Demand fulfillment team to ensure timely and accuracy on inbound dates


5. Delivery Coordination, Confirmation, and Fill Rate Improvements:

Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of customer orders.

Confirm delivery details with customers and ensure that shipments meet agreed timelines.

Work closely with CS team to identify and implement improvements in fill rates, ensuring a high level of order fulfillment accuracy.


KPIs:

Completion of order processing and delivery within stipulated timelines

Ensuring operational excellence targets are met on Confirmation rate & Fill rate


Requirements:

fresher to 1 -2 years' experience

Excel skill must have office based

Will support Modern channel & Ecom Channel

Great Communication skills & team skills
