Job Summary & Purpose:
The role carries the responsibility of end-to-end operations of repair parts and device logistics.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
- Creating purchase order based on requirement. (Local PO, Imports PO, Consignment PO)
- Goods Receiving, unpacking, validating against PO and inward to company system & brand system.
- Ensure proper storage, handling of received stocks and allocation on designated locations.
- Issuing parts to the respective jobs and Goods issue in system.
- Verifying the shipment invoice against the PO and uploading in system for payment.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, process purchase orders & tracking them.
- Performing physical count of inventory and investigate if any discrepancy.
- Create PRET based on supplier credit notes and update in system.
- Create STO and gate pass for internal transfer of goods and parts,
- Initiating return shipment to vendor for defective and DOA parts.
- Managing driver schedule and assigning tasks to achieve the daily targets of drivers.
- Data entry, documentation, dispatching goods and maintaining records of received/delivered goods.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualitative Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory and logistics management.
Educational Qualification: Graduate, Diploma or relevant qualification in materials or logistics management.
