Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Outreach:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates.

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.

Actively engage with candidates, promoting the organization’s employer brand and unique value proposition.


  • Recruitment & Selection:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.

Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.


  • Onboarding:

Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success.

Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare workspaces, tools, and resources for new employees.

Conduct onboarding sessions and follow-ups to address employee queries and concerns.


  • Employer Branding:
  • Partner with the marketing team to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Highlight success stories, employee testimonials, and growth opportunities to enhance the brand image.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and regularly provide reports on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Utilize data insights to refine strategies and improve recruitment effectiveness.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for candidates experienced in the automotive sector.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles across levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and best HR practices is a plus.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
