Key Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Assisting with HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, recruitment activities, and training programs.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
• Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Managing HR-related correspondence and responding to employee inquiries.
• Supporting compliance with local labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
About You:
• Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with HR systems is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
