Job Purpose
To process sales invoices, receipts, cheques and support accountants with administrative tasks.
Accountabilities
Invoicing & Receivables
Process sales invoices, receipts and payments, ensuring that information is accurate.
Check and process expense claims ensuring that all supporting documentation has been authorised.
Collect receipts and bank deposit vouchers.
Prepare petty cash payments; ensure that all supporting documentation is accurate before releasing funds.
Bank reconciliation for all banks (10 no’s of Banks).
Verifying customer refund supplier & petty cash documents on daily basis.
Preparing daily staff leave salary payments.
Preparing daily cash payment and cheques payment in an accurate & timely manner to maintain correct payables.
Preparing workshop incentive.
Posting and verification Supplier Invoices.
Banks Transfer Entry (Bank Payment).
Handling & Verifying Petty Cash for all locations.
Resolving Showroom Queries (Enquiry Transfer, Costing updating).
Vehicle trading entries.
Handling Supplier Queries and payment.
Coordination with the entire departments for Invoices and payment process.
Any other assignment given by Managers.
Arrangement of PDC Chq Deposit on due date.
Preparing monthly Salary payment.
Policy and Procedures
Support the implementation of the accounting policies, procedures and rules.
Establish and maintain financial and accounting systems.
Ensure that all documentation is retained for the required legal period, and that an effective filing and retrieval system is maintained.
Operational
Organise and attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the development of consistent standards in quality working and behaviour.
Provide administration support to accountants.
Personal Development
Practice personal continuous improvement by attending any relevant courses, reading and on-the-job training.
Arrange a meeting with your line manager in accordance with the annual appraisal process.

Education/Qualification
Chartered Management Accountant / or similar Accountancy qualification
Experience (experience required for the job)
1 year experience within a medium to large Automotive company
Communication skills - written and spoken
