Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary cum PA at Taif Al Emarat in Ajman. The role involves providing personal and executive administrative assistance, managing communication, handling diary management, and utilizing clerical skills to support the operations of the company.


Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Diary Management proficiency
  • Clerical Skills expertise
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus
