Responsibilities:

• Conduct business development activities to identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and implement market expansion plans in line with the company’s strategic goals.
• Possess a strong understanding of Dubai’s geographical layout to effectively target markets and customer groups.
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and the preparation of business reports.
• Perform client visits and negotiations to drive business collaboration.
• Fully comply with the company’s work schedule and assigned tasks to ensure high efficiency.

Skills

Skills & Requirements:

• Male candidate, aged 35 or below.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related fields.
• Valid driving license with proficient driving skills and familiarity with Dubai’s road network.
• Experience in the service industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Indian or Pakistani languages (e.g., Urdu, Hindi) is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
