Sales Coordinator

Our client is a leading manufacturer with expertise in producing cable glands, cable cleats, and related accessories.


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the trading or manufacturing sectors. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring clear communication and efficient operation of sales processes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client inquiries, follow-up on sales leads, and maintain strong, professional relationships with key clients.
  • Documentation & Order Processing: Handle the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and maintain sales reports, track sales activities, and assist in managing customer databases and records.
  • Coordination of Sales Activities: Support daily sales activities and collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to meet deadlines and sales targets.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or queries from clients regarding product specifications, orders, or delivery timelines.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, with a preference for experience in the trading or manufacturing industries.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve client inquiries or issues efficiently.
  • Working Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
