What you’ll do?

• Drive P&C initiatives aligned with business goals, partnering with senior leaders to implement strategies that contribute to success.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management while optimizing HR processes to support transformation programs.
• Provide actionable insights from people data, enabling informed decision-making and identifying solutions for business challenges.
• Champion employee engagement, performance management, and cultural transformation through innovative programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices, while mentoring teams and supporting change management initiatives.

Who you are?

• An experienced HR leader with over 10 years in senior HR roles, including team management.
• Skilled in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational transformation.
• Proficient in driving change and delivering results through collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing.
• Adept in HRIS systems, UAE labor laws, and employee relations.
• A strong communicator and mentor, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
