We are hiring Accounts, Procurement, HR, IT, Social Media and Sales Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will support daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and assist in administrative and technical functions.


Key Responsibilities:

IT Assistant: Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, manage hardware/software installations, and ensure network security.

Procurement Assistant: Assist in sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, processing purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records.

HR Assistant: Support HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee documentation, and compliance with labor laws. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for respective departments.

Accountant: Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Duties include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, assisting with budgeting, preparing tax returns, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, monitoring trends, and interacting with our online community. You will collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase followers.

• Sales and Marketing: Responsible for driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility. You will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, create promotional materials, and work closely with the sales team to meet targets. Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills are essential to succeed in this role.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in the relevant role. • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.


Preference will be given to UAE Nationals from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman for this job opening.
