Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating internal meetings and preparing related minutes.
- Managing administrative and contractual affairs of personnel.
- Drafting meeting minutes and following up on approvals.
- Sending evaluation results and checklists to senior managers and providing daily reports.
- Maintaining continuous communication with managers for improvement and development.
- Monitoring staff performance to ensure compliance with approved regulations.
Required Skills:
- Preferred gender: Female.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience in various roles.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in typing in Persian and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong skills in official correspondence, report writing, and administrative communications.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
