PERSIAN HORIZON TOURISM is expanding its team and is looking for a professional Office Administrator.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating internal meetings and preparing related minutes.
  2. Managing administrative and contractual affairs of personnel.
  3. Drafting meeting minutes and following up on approvals.
  4. Sending evaluation results and checklists to senior managers and providing daily reports.
  5. Maintaining continuous communication with managers for improvement and development.
  6. Monitoring staff performance to ensure compliance with approved regulations.

 

Required Skills:

  1. Preferred gender: Female.
  2. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree.
  3. At least 3 years of work experience in various roles.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in typing in Persian and English.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Strong skills in official correspondence, report writing, and administrative communications.
  4. Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: Until 3:00 PM
