Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to optimize YouTube monetization and channel growth.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with creators to enhance their content and branding opportunities.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in managing MCN or influencer networks.
✅ Strong background in working with YouTube creators and influencers.
✅ Track record of successfully recruiting creators to MCNs.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects efficiently.
