Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to offer tailored life insurance solutions.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business.

• Deliver excellent customer service while guiding clients through insurance policies and benefits.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the sales manager.

• Stay updated with market trends and insurance products to provide clients with the best solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance sales within the UAE market.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
