We are looking for a dynamic female candidate with experience in interior and construction to join our team as an Admin/Document Control with some Finance responsibilities. This role involves managing administrative and accounting tasks to ensure our office and financial functions run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
- Maintain financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Administration:
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office support, Document control of all projects and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as payroll processing and employee records management.
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on financial and administrative activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to management as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in both finance and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
