Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international organisation, who is looking for an HR Intern to join their team on a 3-month contract, supporting the daily functions of the HR Department in their Dubai Office. Our client is ideally seeking somebody who speaks Spanish fluently and is career driven, enthusiastic and passionate about Human Resources.
About the role
The HR Intern will develop strong relationships and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment while working closely with the Human Resources Manager. The responsibilities for this role will include ensuring company policies and procedures align with UAE labour laws, providing comprehensive administrative support, managing employee records and databases, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting the payroll process by collecting timesheets and entering payroll data. Comprehensive training will be provided to support success in the role.
About you
To be considered, candidates should have relevant education in HR or a similar field. Previous administrative support experience is a plus, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish along with proficiency in MS Office applications are essential for this position.
