We are looking for an active and motivated individual to join our team and support the company's daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Russian, with knowledge of Swedish/Arabic as a plus.
  • Management Skills: Ability to supervise a small team.
  • Organizational Skills: Experience in handling office tasks and documentation for staff and partners.
  • Flexibility & Support: Willingness to assist the management with various business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily office operations and supporting employees.
  • Preparing and managing documentation for staff and external partners.
  • Ensuring smooth workflow in the office and assisting the leadership team with administrative tasks.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Skills


Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Windows & Mac, MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Self-Representation: Professional, confident, and well-presented in communication and workplace interactions.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to handle documentation and administrative tasks effectively.

Problem-Solving: Quick thinker, able to handle challenges independently.

Multitasking: Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
