Business Development Manager (Dubai-based, Freelance)

Mutlaq Technologies, a fast-growing company specializing in AI-driven solutions, is seeking a Dubai-based Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and business growth within the UAE.

This role is open exclusively to candidates already based in Dubai or the UAE, familiar with the local market, and possessing (or willing to obtain) a freelance license.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales
Fluent English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Proven network and ability to independently generate leads within the Dubai/UAE market
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, with a strong ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus

Identifying and closing new business opportunities
Developing and executing sales strategies for the UAE market
Building and nurturing strong client relationships
Monitoring market trends and identifying new growth opportunities
Providing regular sales reports and insights to optimize strategy
