KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Identify, Plan, manage and quality control of various subsurface studies such as SCAL, routine and advanced PVT, flow assurance ….
• Develop and update simulation models with latest PVT and SCAL data including EOS modeling as appropriate.
• Build and maintain dynamic simulation models to compare past performance of reservoirs and predict future behavior. Compiles and runs such models to identify required action for maximize recovery/meet current production quotas, and suggests remedial actions such as workovers,mstimulation to improve recovery.
• Preparation of short, medium, and long term development plans for multiple reservoirs which aligns with CH’s mandates while estimating and updating oil and gas reserves and making recommendations for the optimum utilization of reserves.
• Able to identify and minimize risks associated with development of the concession area and reservoirs
• Develop strategies for identification, selection and deployment of EOR projects including road map that delivers major CH’s mandates.
• Analyses, interprets and evaluates reservoir data collected from reservoir monitoring, logs, cores, PVT, field tests and reservoir performance using available techniques including in house and external computer analyses and simulation to determine reservoir parameters, oil and gas in place and reserves.
• Ensures the periodic update of the Company’s reserve estimates for assigned field / reservoirs based on new data acquisition, reservoir characteristics and behaviors and / or introduction of new technologies.
• Coordinate with Management team, G&G, Production and Drilling engineers and participates in drawing up drilling and completion programs for all wells and recommends to supervisor necessary workovers, coring, logging, MDT, and production/injection tests.
