Candidate must have STRONG knowledge in CIVIL, FITOUT, RENOVATIONS & MEP projects in Dubai (VILLA’s, Flat’s, Offices, Hotel Receptions, etc)

Description:

·   Develop detailed project plans outlining scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets.

·   Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.

·   Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and others to facilitate project execution.

·   Provide technical support and expertise to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

·   Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.

·   Oversee the implementation of engineering standards and best practices.

·   Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to the project manager.

·   Evaluate and approve change orders and ensure cost control measures are in place.

·   Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

·   Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.

·   Conduct inspections and assessments of work completed to guarantee compliance with project requirements.

·   Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any quality issues.

·   Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project schedules, reports, and minutes from meetings.

·   Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

·   Able to prepare estimation and costing for projects.

·   Can bring subcontractors and execute the job independently.

·   Preferred only Indian’s candidates for the field and company environment.

Qualification:

·   Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Experience:

·   5+ years of experience in engineering/project management/civil/fitout

·   Can attend and manage site meetings with (consultant, client, subcontractors)

·   Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·   High Level Proficiency in the AutoCAD, REVIT and other necessary Tools to support the Drafting.

·   Strong knowledge of MEP, Civil, Fit Out, and Finishing processes

·   Candidate must be available in UAE

·   Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred

Additional Requirements:

·        Approved G+1 Dubai Municipality (ADVANTAGE)

·        Holding a Valid UAE driving License + Vehicle
