We’re Hiring: Store Keeper – Civil (Construction Industry)
Al Marwan Group is looking for a Store Keeper – Civil with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in handling material stores for building, road, or infrastructure projects, with hands-on experience in ERP systems, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoicing, and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily construction store operations including receiving, issuing, and organizing materials
- Maintain accurate stock records using ERP and Excel
- Prepare GRNs, handle supplier invoices, and coordinate with procurement and site teams
- Track inventory levels and ensure availability of required materials
- Conduct periodic stock checks and audits
- Ensure proper documentation of all store activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Store Keeper in civil construction projects
- Experience with materials related to building, road, or infrastructure work
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, GRN processes, and invoicing
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
