Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to the clients and provide the best possible solution/ support to the client, at the same time keeping the organization's interest in mind.
  • Assist the international team with client inquiries.
  • Manage client satisfaction results with the various departments and ensure corrective action plans are initiated and managed.
  • Perform day-to-day activities related to the international CRM/Handover operations.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, international projects, along with each country's laws and regulations, company products and services, so that clients are provided with accurate information.
  • Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all clients
  • Act as an ambassador of the company at all times and attend to client needs in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM or similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
