Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and closing deals efficiently. This is a results-driven position with a clear path to full-time employment and visa sponsorship for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
• Promote our services and explain offerings clearly and convincingly
• Handle objections professionally and work towards deal closures
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance targets

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Dubai
• Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet closing targets
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented

Employment Terms:

• Initial 1-month trial period
• During trial: Company-provided accommodation
