Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and ensure our office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front-desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls/emails
Organize and maintain office filing systems (digital and physical)
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for leadership staff
Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Process invoices, expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with IT or facility teams
Support HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and internal communications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
