We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings and building long-term customer relationships.

You will handle inquiries received through Google, WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and emails, and play a crucial role in growing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
• Understand client needs and propose appropriate service packages.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and service proposals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads and past clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints or service-related questions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in Facility Management, Technical Services, or Cleaning industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner.
