We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead our Marble Division in Abudhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee all factory operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards within our interior fit out projects. Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the marble factory, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity. - Oversee production schedules and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines. - Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure superior product quality. - Supervise and mentor factory staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory. - Optimize resource utilization including manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency. - Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain adequate stock levels. - Collaborate with design and project management teams to align production with client specifications. - Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and operational documentation.

- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role within the marble or interior fit out industry. - Strong knowledge of marble processing, production techniques, and quality standards. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. - Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field preferred.
