Job Description:
- Monitor and analyze performance of Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing) to optimize ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using Google Analytics, GA4, and other analytics tools; provide actionable insights to guide marketing strategy.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies for campaign targeting, audience segmentation, and keyword optimization tailored to the travel & tourism sector.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment of paid advertising campaigns with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic speakers, 30 to 40 years old, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Google Ads management from travel, tourism or hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Data Studio, and reporting tools and must have knowledge in SEO, paid social campaigns, remarketing, and A/B testing
- Must be Certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
