In this role you will be required to:
• Creation of content (qualitative and quantitative) for marketing campaigns based on primary research and first-hand industry insights. To include market reports, press releases and thought leadership pieces
• Support business growth and new lead generation; working closely with consultants to create team specific sales materials
• Build brand awareness through the sharing and distribution of insights across multiple channels (website, emails, social media, print)
• Omni-channel management, including social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+), email platforms and the company website
• Liaise with a number of internal and external stakeholders, including the global marketing team, consultants, management, external suppliers and press contacts
• Event management – responsibility for the booking of venues, organisation of handouts, Webinar events & Salary Guide Surveys
• Monitor and analyse ROI of marketing activity; presenting outcomes to the management team and office
• Ensure adherence to Hays' policies, procedures, recruitment methodology and service delivery standards
• Deliver brand induction and communications training to all new employees
