Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to develop cost-effective strategies for civil and
MEP projects.
• Review project specifications and drawings to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Assess vendor qualifications, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance for quality and timely
delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and maintain a database of pricing and supplier information.
• Implement quality assurance procedures to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage contracts from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and completion.
• Prepare all essential documentation for contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee projects with a solid construction background, focusing on both procurement and quality aspects.
• Collaborate with interior fit-out teams to ensure all requirements are met.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in procurement and quality assurance within construction projects.
• Background in interior fit-out and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and cost estimation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
