Your Role As a Machine Operator, you will: • Operate CNC routers, panel saws, edge banders, and related machinery • Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure production accuracy • Monitor outputs and conduct quality inspections • Assist in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting • Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area • Your hours will be: 7.00am – 5.00pm • Your working days are: Monday to Saturday What We’re Looking For • Experience: 10+ years in furniture or joinery machine operation • Knowledge: Strong understanding of CNC, edge-banding, and cutting machines • Expertise: Skilled in calibration, maintenance, and precision operation • Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented What We Offer • Modern, high-tech facilities and on-the-job training • Career development within ALEC FITOUT’s growing manufacturing division • Accommodation, transport, and medical coverage
