We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic joinery team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in accurately estimating project costs, ensuring profitability, and supporting project management activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for joinery projects based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements. - Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure all estimates are comprehensive and feasible. - Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to develop competitive bidding documents and proposals. - Review and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations to optimize cost efficiency. - Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies to maintain budget control. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, material costs, and joinery techniques. - Support contract negotiations by providing detailed cost analysis and rationale. - Ensure all estimating documentation is thorough, accurate, and aligned with company standards and client expectations.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years' experience as an estimator in the joinery or related construction industry. - Strong knowledge of joinery materials, processes, and industry standards. - Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office suite. -
