A leading European furniture and workspace solutions provider is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and relationship management across the Architecture & Design (A&D) community and key end users in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales across A&D firms, contractors, and corporate clients.
Promote furniture and workspace solutions through meetings, presentations, and showroom visits.
Develop and execute strategic BD plans to build a strong project pipeline.
Network within the design and construction ecosystem; attend industry events.
Manage projects from concept to close with internal teams.
Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Provide market insights on competitors and trends.
Represent the brand in innovation, sustainability, and workspace wellbeing.

- Proven 3–7 years’ experience in sales / business development within commercial interiors, furniture, design & build or related industries.
- Strong A&D network in the UAE with established relationships.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive and commercially minded – capable of leading from the front.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE Driving License required.
