About the Role:
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a positive and efficient front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage front desk operations including meeting room bookings
Handle daily mail, courier deliveries, and office supplies
Assist HR and Admin functions when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Positive personality and willingness to learn
