Job Description: ? Lead design and execution of integration strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. ? Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and commercial requirements during transition phases. ? Harmonize business processes, KPIs, and operating procedures between merging entities. ? Champion cultural alignment by facilitating communication, engagement sessions, and leadership onboarding. Qualifications: ? Must be bachelor’s degree at least in Business or related course ? At least 8 years total experience in M&A integration ? Should have related experience in logistics/supply chain/transportation industries/ The Big 4 with logistics’ client experience ?
