* Identify and assess training needs across departments
* Design and deliver learning programs, including e-learning and workshops
* Lead onboarding and induction initiatives for new joiners and managers
* Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions
* Manage training schedules, budgets, and reporting

* Experience in designing and evaluating training programs across various formats
