We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive with strong technical knowledge in Fit-Out, Villa Renovation, Interior Works, Apartment Maintenance, Painting, Electrical Works, Plumbing, and AC Installation Works to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UAE and Dubai sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to bring in new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the Dubai fit-out and renovation market
- Build and maintain a strong network of client connections for sales opportunities
- Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, BOQs, and quotations
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to align client expectations with project feasibility
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business leads to drive growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai, ideally within fit-out, villa renovation, interior works, or apartment maintenance
- Strong technical understanding of fit-out works, villa renovation, interior works, painting, Electrical Works, AC Installation Works, and related processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to independently generate leads, bring in business, and manage projects from start to close
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred
