Objective:

Key Responsibilities:
• Support project and procurement teams in developing cost-effective strategies for civil and MEP works.
• Review designs, specifications, and vendor performance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Conduct site inspections and implement quality assurance procedures.
• Oversee contract execution and documentation for smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate with fit-out teams to meet project requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in procurement and quality assurance within construction projects.
• Background in interior fit-out and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and cost estimation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
