Job Description:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to 5* hotel standards.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff or commis as assigned.
- Support inventory management, portion control, and menu consistency.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Morrocan and Asian nationals from 38 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel or luxury kitchen specializing in Moroccan Cuisine.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and plating standards and ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with hygiene standards and kitchen safety regulations
