We are looking for a skilled and creative Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cutting, coloring, and styling hair to meet clients’ needs while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services to clients.
• Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and desired looks.
• Recommend appropriate hair care products and aftercare advice.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and salon environment.
• Stay informed on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure punctual service delivery.
• Adhere to all salon policies, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or similar role.
• Diploma or certification in Hairdressing or Cosmetology (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, color theory, and styling tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Working Conditions:

• Salon environment with frequent standing and use of hair tools.
• May include evenings and weekends depending on client demand.
