We are a fast-growing textile printing and trading company based in Dubai, specializing in customized digital fabric printing and wholesale textile supply.
We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance systems.
- Coordinate visa processing, medical insurance, and MOHRE documentation.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and performance appraisal systems.
- Support payroll processing and liaise with accounts department.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
- Assist management in building a positive and productive work culture.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE (manufacturing or trading sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
